The Strictly Diesel family needs to grow. We are looking for a Diesel Enthusiast with good 7.3L and 6.0L Powerstroke knowledge to fill an opening in our Sales/Tech Support staff. Knowledge of 6.4L/6.7L Fords and/or GM/Dodge products is a plus.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Telephone and Front Counter Sales (primarily aftermarket products)
Telephone / E-Mail Tech Support (primarily products we manufacture)
Provide Basic Customer Service (order status, tracking, etc)
Backup for Shop Service Advisor (as needed)

We are looking for someone with good "people skills", prior customer service experience is a plus.
