.motor swap queations

I was given a 97 350. 7.3 with like 160k. Welp I'm not all about the 7.3 life. And i have always been a Cummins guy but love ford trucks . and I'm not!! Giving up my 6.0 lol and my wife would shoot me i have been thinking about giving it to her. All 565hp so she can have her "mommy mobile" ( sure beats me buying a excursion and building it)

My question is. How much am I looking at I figured 2-4k for the motor. Alone. I'm thinking about keeping and building the 4r.. All the minor things like making the ac work .. Using the factory ford dash. Do I have to pound back the firewall? What manifold do I need to run? 12v 24? What intercooler kit are guys using? I was thinking about running a factory 7.3 or 6.0 cooler. The truck isn't ping to be twins I'm thinking a few 67.5

I haven't decided if I want a 24v p pump or just a 12v p pump.
