custom folder

when I exported my base file to sd card and loaded it on computer is shows the custom folder labeled with a bunch of random symbols.. any ideas?

what software version are you running? what are the random symbols?

Same thing happened to me I called h&s only to be told they were not mcc tech's and I needed to follow instructions. I had to download the whole new card to get it to show up. Lars at Gearhead helped me out with it. I was really disappointed with h&s, basically saying I'm a moron.

yeah i got with dex and he told me i had a corrupt sd card. so i got a new one and problem solved.. thanks guys
