Engine rebuild

For those of you that have rebuilt your own engines, which manual did you use for specifications? When a machine shop does work on our stuff, what manuals do they use? Hopefully here soon I will be trying this myself.

I just a Haynes book for now.

I have a Chiltons. Always been partial to them. When I rebuild my 7.3, I will probably use a cross between FoMoCo and PSA.

Yeah that's what I got.

David at DI has a good manual on the motor, that you used to be able to print, for free. International has a much better book, but it is a lot of loot.

FORD tech service manual is what we use at Swamp's but be careful with ANY manual as we have seen several typos for bearing clearances that could be catastrophic.

I have a Ford service manual.. I think I got it off of DIs website.
