The PO of my truck said this was a "chip" bought by the OO but never ran. I think it's something else, like a piece for the PCM maybe. The PO had the truck for ~2yrs and I've had it since Feb. with this part being on the dash, in the console, etc. It looks good with no obvious damage and, to me, looks like it was installed at one point due to what looks like minor rub marks and left over residue of some type.
