Hid ballasts and bulbs

I have two hid ballasts with bulbs and two new in box bulbs. One of the ballasts works intermittently which is why I switched my truck back to halogen bulbs. If somebody wants them, I'd be happy to trade for 16.99 American so I can buy a case of PBR.
