Superduty Harness swap

If anyone has done a harness swap, how long did it take? And did you need anything special to get it done?
Excursion to superduty. I'll have the pcm and harness

You wont need any special tools. It is just a matter of getting the dash out. Around 2hrs or so. After that the harness just unbolts and unclips from the back of the dash. If you are going to run into problems on that swap it will be at the heater box. As the EXs have rear AC controls and SDs don't. Just curious why the swap?
