Keep blowing interior light fuse

I keep blowing the #35 fuse for the interior light and the dash. Issue is in the interior/dome light circuit as i cut the wire coming out of the cluster relay and installed a second fuse. I have disconnected every light from the harness and it still has a shot. It is intermittant as i can go for months without the fuse blowing. I looked all over and can't seem to find any short. Any ideas short of removing the entire interior looking for a grounded wire?

Found it. Passengers side running board light wires fell out of the clip and were melted on the heater pipe for the rear heater. It melted the loom and the 2 wires together.

I was gonna say to look there - I need to pull the wiring from mine
