Looks good, you should paint the letters. I liked the mesh inserts you had before.

so did i , i may get another set of billet badges, just really want f250 and normal stuff on there... if i can sweet talk steve i will, if not i wont paint the letters.

True, both ways looks great. I was thinking it would break up your truck nicely with the black you already have. I painted mine and it was too much blue so I syringed mine in black.

I used a 29 gauge insulin needle. It's not bad at all, just take a minute to fill the channel nicely. If you overfill and leak in some spots you can wetsand with 1500, that will clean it up easy.
