No heat?

Heat was fine this morning, stoped and got fuel drove a few more minutes then noticed I have no heat wtf? Coolant temp is 194-196 all morning, where do I start? Thanks

I run it a hair low to avoid any puking so that's something I'm going to check. I ended up driving the truck around to the front of the office and right away the heat came on so this must be a freak issue or only an at idle issue...

cooling system could be building pressure from head gaskets... hard to say but usually if you have no heat at an idle and then you begin to drive there is excess pressure in the cooling system
