High idle?

A buddy of mine has an 03 with 180mm rcd injectors and a 65mm powermax along with a airdog. Wether a tune is on the truck or not it always idles around 750. Never seen a 6.0 do this before and was wondering if this was common/ a problem or anything. Thanks guys

Does anyone know what sensor bumps the idle up when its cold out? Maybe a bad sensor telling the computer its cold.

I think it works off of a few parameters, one of them is oil temp, other may be air intake temp? Not sure.
