no turning POS

Ok sometimes my truck will turn hard as hell like the pump is out of it, however all you have to do is tap the pedal and it will turn like a fine sports car.. its just real annoying, anyone got any ideas, of course it only happens when im trying to back my truck out of the lift (diagonal in the shop) or trying to squeeze in a tight parking spot... im clueless as to what it could be

im only running a 35" tire as well
