TBC question

I purchased a '15 about 3 months ago and it has the integrated TBC. I purchased a 10 ton GN a couple months ago and the brakes suck. The reason I purchased a heavier trailer was for the better brakes but its not much better than what I had. I can't lock the trailer brakes with the trailer empty. You guys have any suggestions? Gain is at 10 and I set the intensity to high. Is there anything else?

I pulled it with my '99 and a prodigy controller and it was worse.

It sounds to me that your trailer brakes have the issue and not your truck.

Yes just trying to cover the bases. I just got the manual out Sat. and didn't realize the intensity could be adjusted. Didn't have that on the '06.

Have you adjusted the trailer brakes? Good chance they didn't turn them up at the factory

I got up under it and looked. The shoes looked like they were right at the drums. I didn't have my glasses though!
