error 00006 with mcc engine file

I've loaded mcc trans tunes with no issues. however if I modify and engine tune I always get this error when the mm is trying to import it. the percentage will climb to around 88%, then I get the error.

When I take the exported file and load it as a custom file everything works fine. I don't understand why I get an error any time I try to load the same file, but in a modified version.

How are you trying to load the " modified" engine tune? as an H&S tune?
Versus loading it as a custom MCC tune from the "CUSTOM" folder?

I put the tune file in the custom folder along with the trans tune.
I also have the exported non modified tune in the custom folder.

I did it this way as I was only adjusting my transmission tune to begin with. Now if I take the same engine file that was in the custom folder, modify it, then try to install it. I get the error 000006. Yet I had no issue loading the non modified version (along with my trans tune)

I even tried with only changing the egt temp set point and it still causes this issue
