Does anyone know where to get different color bulbs to put behind the dash?

Im pretty sure on ebay you can get LED bulbs (in many colors) that actually plug right into incondecent plug ins. My buddy bought a bunch of blue ones and made his door buttons(locks and windows), gauges, dash, and dome lights all blue with LED's.
