I have learned that with heavy vehicles that a radial drag helps.
I know Hoosier has some radial slicks, but are in the 30" range IIRC.
They also have a DOT slick that is a radial tire that is in smaller sizes.

it for some reason short shifted the 2-3, and any other shifting you heard was is regaining boost, it has a very large exhaust housing on it and we are in the process of swapping it
