New Intercooler Kit....

I don't like how they connect the intercooler piping to the intercooler. With a 90 degree silicone fitting. It looks like they could use a different core with rear facing inlet/outlet and move the outlet down a bit. The core thickness is 4" which is nice and large. But i think its just an off the shelf core that they made pipes for, rather than "build" a core. The price at 899 plus shipping is nice. But it looks like too much of a headache for the money you would save over a proven setup.

At least if offers an option. It is not quite as clean as some other setups like Banks.

Not really a big fan of the aluminum pipes. The early SDs had aluminum and anything that rubs on them ends up rubbing a hole in the pipes. They might be thick enough to avoid that problem, but you would have to watch it. Cheers!
