Home made bumper, lights not included. Local pick up only! Only thing I would do is give it a fresh coat of paint (has rhino-liner now, pretty faded and chiped) and re-manufacture the mounts that attach it to the truck. Wasnt happy with them when I built them but they held up for a little over 2 years.
$250 but open to offers.
