Surges while cruise is on

So I have noticed that my truck seems to surge goin downhill with the cruise set. Is this an issue or is this like the adaptive braking to keep the truck from speeding up? This is my first 6.4, have had it about a week and have already put in an order for some go fast toys, just wanna figure this out before I do that.

i can feel this anytime i let off the cruise while tc is locked. but then i again i never had this issue stock only after its been tuned and now my tc is really weak. is the surging related to a weak tc? i dont know. try driving on flat rd with cruise on and tc locked and tap the brakes to disengage cruise and see if you feel it surge

Mine surges going down hill with cruise on also

what tuner/tunes are you running?

all stock for now

Mine does it some unloaded only. Does not do it with the trailer.
