What Would You Do???!!!

Hey guys, new to the site and new to diesels! I just got this truck it's a 2013 350 platinum with 39,000 miles, 6" lift on 37's with bags, I wanna know what are the mods that have proven to be the best most reliable, Egr ******, def, exhaust, what intake is the best? What tune? I need some help guys! And I know this has probably been asked 4,000,000,000 times but I'm asking.

What I would do is get in contact with Mike, he will answer any question and he won't feed you any BS
