what size are these?

My dad's helmet is a bit used if you know what I mean and I'd like to get him something nice for Christmas. These seem like a good deal.

Edit: Nevermind, I missed the sizes in the first post.

7 1/8 is friggin small. Can you switch out the padding to go bigger?
