what could it be

This morning my truck started to lope at idle, i just thought it was because it hadn't warmed up yet, later when i started it up it did it again. now it lopes all the time at idle hot or cold. could this be an injector issue. btw i'm running 175's

Sounds more like an ICP sensor issue to me..

Get it scanned, sounds like an injector miss fire.

Also when i started(hot start) it it didn't just fire off like it normally does it seemed a little weak/soft on the start.

As said, best thing to do is get it scanned.. It could be a number of things.. ICP, Injector, FICM issue.. Scan it and you will know were to go from there.. It's a shot in the dark otherwise..
