Choppy idle

yesterday on my way home from school i noticed a choppy kinda idle. it still has power, no kinds of smoke no codes or anything. also my fuel filters have about 8,000 on them. it has only idled like that twice so far, rest of the time its smooth.
what do you guys think it could be? bad or plugged injector maybe?

Could be a number of things..

Fuel pressure
Injector on it's way out
Low FICM voltage

Is it a rough idle or a loop?
When was your last oil change done and what oil and filter did you use?

Matt-motoxracer42 took a look at for me, he said its probably from dirty oil, I'm over 4,000 since the last change. He said to change the oil and throw some rev-x in there. If that doesn't help I'll have to replace #4 injector.
We have under control now. Thanks for your input

That should help but suddenly idling poorly sounds bad.

it kinda helped, doesnt sound as bad anymore but it still misses. the other night it was hazing at an idle and when i took off from a stop it would throw out some white-ish looking smoke. im pretty sure the #4 injector is done.
