7.3 Excursion Fs/Ft

I am looking to trade my 2002 Limited Excursion with the 7.3 Diesel for a four door Super duty with a 7.3. I do not want a chevy or dodge so please do not ask.
It has:
215,000 miles
8 inch lift with 35in. Goodyear Dura-Tracs
cold air intake
fuel pressure mod
Dp Performance tuner with 9 settings
Pillar pod with gauges
Two new batteries
New high output alternator
New brakes
Newer ball-joints
Newer axle joints
MileMarker hubs
A full sized 35in. spare
Super Duty cab lights
Super Duty tow mirrors with park/brake and turn led lights
A rebuilt trans with a secondary cooler
Triple disk billet backed converter
Converter lock up switch
There is more I am sure just ask.
Since I have to put a price $14,000.

Ok I am computer stupid. I have been looking for a way to modify my post but haven't found it yet.
I wanted to note that at 190,000 the truck got a new engine. Not used but new so the engine has approx. 25,000 miles. This will change as I still drive it. So to sum it up the engine, trans, t-case only have approx. 25,000 miles.
