The Ranger is back up for sale also selling our 44' enclosed trailer as a package along with all the spare parts I have for it. EVERYTHING you need to go racing this spring.
I dont want to see it go but I would hate it more to set it just sit and not get ran. With the mustang project coming along I will have less and less time to get the ranger out. And when we start making passes with the mustang It will probably not come out again for a long while. So time to let it go.
We made the most progress we ever have this last season. and it has MORE in it! We took runner up at the NHRDA event in Ennis, Tx and Denver this year as well as a number of wins at smaller diesel races during the year. Finished the NHRDA prostreet class 3rd in national points narrowly knocked out of 2nd by the world finals winner Bret in his triple turbo duramax
This fall we have been working hard on getting the rear end set up and launches down and the last time we had it at the track I did by personal best 1.4 60'
Best times to date: 9.59@145 (on the limiter) with a .099 and .113 jet and 10.0@136 on fuel with a 1.6 60'
Since then we have put larger 32'' tires under it to up the top speed.
Specs on the ranger:
-injectors are RCD hybrids 285/150s
- RCD thumper 2 HPOP
-turbos are a s366 and s488 combo with turbonetics HP newgen wastegate 75psi
-water to air intercooler set up pressure tested to 150psi new 5 gal ice water tank and 2000glh live well pump
-bottom end, Hypermax rods, delipped stock pistons custom ATI damper freshened up after the spring Ennis race this year.
- top end. Hamilton springs and RCD CM push rods custom age ARP studs
- NEW LAST MARCH BTS 4r100 comp trans with PCS controller
- new 6 piston willwood brakes in the rear
- Apex intake manifold
-Dual NX .125 solinoids with dual perge solinoids
-NX progressive controler not hooked up
-Custom billet valve covers
- new this October seat belts (have to replace every 2 years)
- new this October MT 32x15x15 ET drags stiff side wall with tubes also including MT 29.5x14x15 ET drag and 31x16x15 ET streets (dyno tire)
- including a spare high pressure turbo
- including a spare fuel pump
- including 3 10 lb nitrous bottles and brackets
- set of 130 springs
im sure im forgetting lots of stuff
Trailer is a 2011 44' Hurricane cargo with triple 7k axles. wired for 120v and 12v. AC/Heat. Electric jack. work bench and cabinets. V nose so you can tow with a short bed. $2k in hankook trailer tires when we bought it
Hook up and go racing next season!! I know it has at least low 9s in it with its current set up.
$49500 is the number we are putting on it. open to offers.
