My wife has a ecsb and doors are the same way. I lubed the rear latches with a good penetrating oil. Fixed the rear for the time being. Maybe adjust the striker a little. The front doors just need new door seals. They are wore out and won't seal tight. Sorry not much help for ya

You can pull the door seals off and thread some silicone tubing through them. Cheap, not that hard to do and it seals so tight that it will actually be hard to close the doors with the windows up until it breaks down a bit.

I used a product called Kroil. Good stuff. Been about a year since and it's still working pretty good.

I also used it in the lever in the extended cab doors that kick the dome light on and off. I had a problem with the lights turning on going down the road. We sell it at the dealership I work at. Not saying it will cure all your rear door problems, just saying it worked great for mine.

That's awesome! Get that at any hardware store even.

Thanks!

My 02 supercab does the same thing and I'm gonna give the tubing a try. Do I use 3/8" dia tubing? And are the the strikers on the superdutys adjustable?

yes and yes....i just used the 3/8" clear tubing from lowes....its a little stiff at first but it breaks in nicely during the summer....definitely dont wait and do this during the winter....the strikers are adjustable....
