CCSB 1 Piece Driveshaft?

How did you measure for the new driveshaft? How did you figure enough play for the output shaft?
Depending on which type you need, they measure differently. The only measurement they wanted was flange-to-flange, at the 9-o'clock position, with the truck sitting unloaded on level ground. I had my brother help me since it was almost 72" long, and took a couple measurements to be sure, then gave them the measurement over the phone. They did the rest.

Yes.
A bit more than I wanted to spend, but I hope to not have to touch the damn thing for quite a long time. And I'm VERY happy the vibration is gone.

Yeah stronger, lighter and no more screwing with it. seems well worth it to me.
