CCV re-routed out of the intake and powder coated the pipes, and spider lots of soap and water. Blueberry with metallic.

Dropped the tank yesterday and found my issues with fueling. Screen was smashed and the pieces were getting stuck to the end of the pickup. Nobody had parts in stock so I'm waiting on rock auto.

I don't even know how that happens.

I ran it down and hid it behind the frame away from the weather. I didn't bother with a catch can. Same as I did years ago on my 99. You smell it every now and again but that doesn't bother me.

Ball joints, u-joint, and warn hub on the passenger side today. Hopefully the drivers side goes easier tomorrow.

Stripped down the extra front bumper I picked up a couple months ago and took the rear chrome caps off the back. Having them stripped I the morning, then all off to the powder coated to get coated PTM. Grille surround should be done getting painted in a couple days. Then reassembly. Pics to follow.

You got lucky... Seen a bunch rip the snout off the transfer case when they bind up... Then its new driveshaft and new transfer case. Maybe some new trans parts as well depending on how hard it came dislodged.

Im aware I'm "lucky" in that sense.... still...WTF Batman! Lol

It popped out right after I broke and pushed back a frozen snowbank...i immediately stopped, got out and unlocked the hubs and put it in 2wd.

I just can't figure out why it happened. All the u-joints were fine as well as the cardan. Only thing I can figure is a clip somehow got dislodged or prematurely rotted through and it threw the cap. I rebuilt it less than 3 years ago.

Holes on the balancer were egged out and two bolts were snapped off. Replaced with new oem pulley and arp bolts.

Replaced that tie rod too, and I’m waiting on bj’s.

All in all one of the easiest jobs I've done on this truck.

No clue, was like it when I bought the truck.

Had it up on my rollback a couple weeks ago and noticed it. But it was going fast and hit something very strong for sure.
