I think we've got a vendor or two that can probably get you one WITH a turbine housing for 1300+...and some shipping.

Never over 10 psi until oil temp over 100F
Always ran with a Donaldson air filter
Turbo specs-
Turbine Housing=1.10 A/R T4 divided
Turbine Wheel= 83.5 inducer, 74mm exducer, Iconel 713
4" discharge (downpipe)
Compressor Wheel=67.7 mm inducer, 91mm exducer Forged Mill Wheel (compressor map below)
Race compressor cover (its huge; the attached pic shows the clearance using a TN mount and WOP plenums and the silicone boot for the compressor)
It's a 5.5" inlet, with a 3" outlet.
I can include a turbine housing blanket, a 5.5" to 4" 90 deg rubber boot for your intake tube, and a silicone boot that connects the compressor discharge outlet to hot pipe connection for the right deal. (All depicted in the start/idle video)

What it spools like from a zero throttle coasting in 6th gear, and then rolling into a smoke free roll on with a Gearhead "towing" tune.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with the turbo. Only reason I'm selling, is I'm installing a different turbo.
I'm hesitant to even change the setup...this turbo is very responsive, and cleans up a lot of fuel.
For the $$$, I don't see how you can get a better turbo for the 7.3
