Misfire Delta on car gauge pro ?

I have a rough idle and have run my obd2 adapter on car gauge pro to find some ore showing 4.9 % and also on the misfire low byte and high bide I'm getting 2621444 cnt .!! Can someone explain

How bad is the idle. Download or open Torque app if you already have an view ICP, IPR and PW to see what they are doing while it is idling. I find Car Gauge great for Buzz and CCT tests as well as DTCs but horrible at reading real time data. Torque works well for that.
