Pretty sure it's either white or red oak. I always use leaf shape to confirm. Round lobe is white and pointy is red.

This wiseguy flys around the yard
A lot ... teasing the dogs. They can spot him at the top of a tree Then he will swoop down and fly around the yard and the dogs will chase him. I think he is just having fun I’ve never seen him actually get close to the dogs Probably not a good idea to get too close to three German Shepherd‘s Anyway 5:30 AM this morning he was sitting on the front porch Waiting for the dogs to come outside. LoL! .
