Engine began to have difficulty starting 2 weeks ago and will now not start, turns over evenly and quickly but will not run or even try even on ether ( I know, I know it was to see it would even fire)

History: 2006 F350 DRW 6.0 Powerstroke 250k miles
never an overheating issue
Replaced 2 injectors roughly 6 months ago along ran great
Both fuel filters (oem) and oil filter (oem) along with oil (oem) changed 1500 miles ago ran great
glow plugs w/harness replaced 6 months ago ran great
Harness repaired 2 months ago ran great
Torque Convertor knock due to loose bolts at around the same time of issue, bolts tightened no noise afterwards

Mods:Blue spring Upgrade 6 months ago ran great
Mild tow and trans tune 100k mile ago no problems
EGR ****** previously done before i bought the truck

What I have tried and/or replaced :

removed tune back to stock
2 new batteries
Continuity tested harness of icp, ipr, cmp, crank, all injectors to ficm wires
Verified no bubbles in fuel
Verified base Oil pressure during cranking and full of oil
Verified Fuel pump is on and fuel bowl is full before and after cranking
Ficm stays above 48v
KOEO injector electrical test passed
No smoke from tail pipe smells like fuel
manually put Ipr between 30-50% during cranking no change
Upgraded, relocated and installed multiple ground straps

I have included photos of Forscan (also in my gallery in case of broken links) before and during cranking to show what it seems to be everything in good range. The during pic was after a few attempts so the voltage was getting low but this was after a few moments of cranking after all those attempts.

I didnt like sound of the injector buzz test, but i doubt that would prevent starting

Could possibly the FICM driver have went out??

Were you using actual ether, or brake cleaner to see if it ran? If brake cleaner, were you sure it was the flammable stuff? Red cans are not flammable, green is of the brakekleen brand stuff. If it was flammable, and you still would not run off of it, it sounds like youve got a compression issue. On ether, it ahould only need air and compression, as you are acting as the fuel source, and as long as iy has air and compression, it should run until you stop fueling it.

Sounds like a major high pressure oil leak with the i.p.r. at 85%, or the pump is shot, or the i.p.r. is shot. My memory is a bit fuzzy since it's been a few years since really messing with one, but I seem to remember almost every 6.0 i.p.r. failure I ran into, the h.p.o. system wouldn't build more than about 250-350 p.s.i.

i just had a 6.0 they installed a new hpop in and still no start. after hours of leak checking i ended up pulling the pump and found that the front seal on the pump leaked. but check the pump. standpipes for the pump, and dummy plugs on the oil rail.

Pics don’t load for me.

What’s icp reading while cranking?
