So I installed the 65 gallon Titan tank.

I borrowed the laptop with the Ford IDS software from work to program the DTE. I have to option of using 60 or 65 gallon as the tank size.

Do I use the 60 gallon tank to calculate the DTE and have 5 gallons in reserve or do I use the 65 gallon tank option with no reserve? The factory setting was 37.5 gallon.

I'd use the 65 gallon setting. Since you can see an estimated gallons used over time you will know when to pull over for fuel.

Will do but I can't lift my truck with my 2 post lift any more. There is a part of the tank that sticks pass the frame which interferes with the adapter of the lift. I have to look into longer arms for my lift.
