No. Needs to be from a diesel.
You can drill out the bolt pattern on a 460 trans though.

Any zf 5 or 6 from a 7.3 should bolt up to it. The zf6 would obviously be more difficult, but it can and has been done. I'm collecting parts to put the zf5 in mine

There's a slight change with the zf6.
Iirc the input shaft length is different.
