I would do a set of 205/75 from holder or warren.
Should get you close to 700 and have actual customer service from them if a problem does arise.

it is gonna be tough to get there on a vgt... you will probably end up more around 625-675 fuel only.

but a little shot of nitrous will get you there easy.
