building own compound kit

ok I plan on building my own compound kit using a 475. I have a couple questions. what is the best diameter and thickness stainless steel to use for the piping? i just don't want my pipe to be too thin. also for people mounting on the passenger side does it need to be supported other than the hot and cold pipes? Also where is everyone ordering their pipe and other parts from?

your turbo should be mounted in such a manner that there is no weight at all on either the hot or cold pipes.

16 gauge is fine for the tubing.

Ive been getting my tubing from woolf aircraft lately. They have really tight bends that make it nice.
