Tossed a new depeeeff on a truck along with a new diff psi sensor. I can't get the truck to leave for more than a week. It's almost always regenning. All the pressures look great but for some reason I can never get the pid to read clean, it's always loaded or part loaded...

Entire ride home, 15 miles truck was in regen. First 2 blocks blue/white smoke. After that, nothing. Regen read active and egts confirmed it was indeed regenning. Depeef psi reading 0.17 to 1.7 psi

I've seen something about resetting the adaptive tables with ids. Could possibly need a reflash.

Did you put a cat on it too? Seen a lot where it wont light off and get the deepeef hot enough to actually burn off

Regen the entire way into work. Face pressure was 0.19 to 3.5 cruising to wot. Regen started as soon as engine got to temp, status read loaded.

Egt temps coordinated with typical regen, 750-1100-800.

Slight blue smoke only after resting at stop lights upon take off.

Got to work, tossed it in park, regen went inactive. Pushed a manual regen, it's doing it now, no smoke.

Will report back but I bet it'll read loaded when done and I'll bet the counter doesn't reset.

Manual completed. Timer did not reset. Manually reset deeppff, now at 0.0 miles. Will let it idle awhile and drive again.

Try a cat maybe? I know your temps are good, but maybe its not burning the fuel right or something?

My only hold up is my depeef psi is well within spec, so why is it commanding a regen 24/7

Does it have more engine hours than mileage? I’ve seen guys with company trucks leave them idling 12 hours a day and they regen the entire time after idling for so much every day. Ive seen/smelt them 13+ hours straight on a regen. Kinda curious as to what you find. Cat is probably ***ed from the constant regen.

Could try a complete pcm reflash to as built data or blank path it like a new pcm was installed. Might be worth a shot since everything else seems to be in spec.
