Default Having trouble finding weight loss help.

Howdy! This is my first post so I have no idea how well (or not well) this will go.

My stock 2015 F-250 is about 75 lbs overweight and really needs to go on a diet. I can locate everything needed to put together an exercise program but I'm having trouble finding someone who can fine tune a diet so everything will be in sync for maximum fat burning. If someone could put me in touch with a reputable personal trainer who knows what they're doing that would great.

You are going to have to hit the streets and be in person at a shop asking those questions. Just the way it is these days.

That’s kind of what I figured. I don’t blame anyone for not wanting to share info. It just sucks because I was finally able to get this truck and now I can’t even do what I wanted with it.

You mean like how John Deere has us locked out of being able to run any sort of diagnostics on their equipment?
