So I figured I'd make a thread to go threw everything I've done to the truck in the last year and share my small build that's going on right now. Last year around this time I bought this new to me job 3 '08 6.4. Bone stock, loaded to the gills, lariat.

First mods were H&S XRT Pro that came from Powerstruck on here, Edge CTS for monitoring, No Limit intake from Mr. Dillehay, and I traded a bull bar that came with the truck to my dad for him to buy me a delete pipe lol.

Up next was Soflo stack kit and EGR delete with CAC pipe and intake elbow that I bought off a guy on Facebook.

Got rearended and used insurance to get a roll pan.

Then the next day my tires and wheels came in after being ordered 3 MONTHS before. Yes, I was pissed. But it was so worth it.

Went to the track a bunch of times running like this and making decent passes.

Then got Gearhead tunes.... YES, that is all.

Anddddd ended up with this from bouncing the front end...

So next on the list was a Twisted Stage 3 5r110. My favorite mod so far!

Then it was winter and no tracks were open so I started collecting parts. Bought most of it off Ken Zook that sold a few things on here as well.

And RCD 75mm atmo that I got from Adan on here.

So, fast forward to this week when I was about to get all these parts put on and stud it and go for a CCSB stock fuel record on the track. Cody Knox on here decided he wanted to down size so we are trading setups. I'll be running the custom compound setup with Garrett ball bearing chargers. GT4202r over GT3582r (75mm over 62mm.) Will be running on stock fuel for a while. Very excited to see how it all goes with these chargers. Always wanted a set of ball bearing Garrett's under the hood so I'm very excited! Should be up and running next week and on the track next weekend. I'll be sure to update.

Hellz yeah! As long as I can make it! Gotta find time to work on mine and make sure it's just the turbos causing my oil and smoke issue. And if that's all it is decide if I want to find some cheap used stock replacement or go ahead and upgrade. Funds are kinda tight this time of year so ultimately that will probably be the deciding factor. What do you think about the 71/58 ii setup that's for sale in the classifieds?

Hate you've had so many issues with that thing man. Those turbos aren't too bad, especially for the price. They aren't the best performance wise for the most hp but I doubt you're worried about that anyway. I think they'd fit you pretty good

Thanks man me to. Lol. Yeah I'm not looking to break any records just a lil bump in power and something that will last until I do get the funds to do it the way I'd like!

count me in for a ride too ahah... even though i failed to pull through to take you in a ride when i had the single turbo. Super excited to see how those turbos treat you. have you considered a ported intake manifold? i think that would be a great addition as well, and an extra push to cut your track times down

I almost bought one but I've spent enough money on it for now. It'll get a manifold later on when the heads come off
