Guys,

Happy to announce we have nDash finally in testing for 13MY to 16MY 6.7 applications. Along with this, we now have On-Screen Tuning in development as well. To save time, I'll copy and paste what I've written earlier today to share with you guys:

Happy to announce today, that we now have ******* nDash in testing for 2013MY to 2016MY. I know many of you have been waiting on this, and it will be an awesome addition to our current nGauge, and new EZLynk device lineup. 3 products to support 3 different customer needs!

To go along with nDash for 6.7, we now have our Advanced On-Screen Tuning options in testing along side it. For those of you familiar with our 6.4L OST project, this will look very familiar.

The days of needing specific custom tuning for bolt-on hardware mods will come to an end with this. ******* OST will allow the end user to correct our base tune files for aftermarket air intakes, turbocharger changes, injector changes, high pressure fuel system changes, and much more right-on screen, with no cost of ordering custom tunes or waiting on tune delivery.

Here's a preliminary list of what you'll be able to change on-screen:

-Tire Size
-Axle Ratio
-TPMS

-Air Intake MAF optimization (selections for Stock, AFE/S&B Style, No Limit Stage 1, No Limit Stage 2, and Absolute Performance intakes)

-Smoke Limitation (Stock, Mild, Moderate, Aggressive, and No Limitation)

-Turbocharger (Stock SST, Stock 2015 or Conversion, StreetMax 65.5, Barder 66/70R, S300 Series Non-VGT, S400 Series Non-VGT)

-High Pressure Fuel System (Stock 2011-2014, 2015HPFP, Midwest/RCD 30% HPFP, H&S/Midwest Dual Fuel)

-Converter Lockup (Normal and Enhanced) *this allows you to select between our standard trans files, or enhanced with 2nd gear lockup)

-Shift Firmness (firm or soften shifting to your liking based on a percentage)

-Shift Scheduling (Baseline, Mild, Moderate, Aggressive, and High) *this allows selection for shift MPH/RPM baseline to work with different turbocharger sizing

We will also be adding more options as we work through testing, including:

-VGT Off at idle (for those of you who want the idle hiss gone)
Individual shift firmness, shift schedule, and lockup schedule for each shift (1-2, 2-1, 2-3, 3-2, 3-4, 4-3, 4-5, 5-4, 5-6, and 6-5)

nDash for 2013-2016 vehicles will be available in the following weeks (looking like 2-3 weeks) and On-Screen Tuning adjustments shortly afterward. Many of these functions will also be available as an update to nGauge as well.
We've designed this as a supplement to our soon-coming tune file database for aftermarket turbochargers and injection systems, and it will work in conjunction with it to allow users to tweak their settings even further!

This will revolutionize tuning for hardware modifications, and put much more power and adjustability into the the hands of the customer. Keep an eye out
for updates on this!

---PS please excuse the poor picture quality; shot these in a hurry while working in the shop.

Truthfully these new releases appear to be Ngauge killers.... now I'm kinda disappointed in the information I was given that Ngauge was it and nothing else looked promising. That was obviously wrong... would have Gladly waited a few more weeks for these items!!

So does this make the ngauge like a Nokia brick at this point? Lol. But seriously...

How many of those features will make it to the ngauge?

And a little off subject... but there really is a difference in the tunes for the 5" no limit intake compared to the s&b, for example?

I sent an email asking for that issue to the tech dept and the answer i got is it makes no difference if i swap the intake afterwards... seems like a contradiction?

nGauge will soon pick up about 80% of the OST functionality, so I wouldn't worry about it being a brick.

The only thing that will be left off will be the individual shift adjustments, just because there isn't enough screen real-estate for so many values.

For anyone who decides to trade, we will be putting a program in place to make it as painless as possible for you.

On most of the higher HP files, it doesn't matter much, because the smoke limitation is off. On lower HP files, recalibrating the MAF helps restore pedal response.

Since we will be allowing the user to adjust smoke limitation at will, we felt it was best to incorporate a MAF calibration as well.

if you're referring to us, we had no expected date and no promise of ANY timetable , and honestly , it still may be a good while before these are released. we CERTAINLY wont tell anybody what or when to expect something that has no release date. i'll be interested to see when these are actually IN OUR HANDS .

Very true.

As a matter of fact, this was dropped on us yesterday afternoon by our software engineer.

If you had asked me Friday, I would have said "we don't have an ETA". Someone was very busy over the weekend:gun:

As mentioned before, anyone who wants to trade up will be treated VERY fairly.

Quick question, will the SOTF remain a separate hard switch or will it ever be available on the nGuage/nDash screen? Hard parts tend to be as fail proof as possible, but just curious.

Just an idea since this seems to still be in development somewhat. Would it be possible for you guys incorporate a "valet mode" that would limit rpm and speed when someone else drives the truck. I loved this feature in my Duramax.

That's sounds pleasing!!

It will continue to be a hardware switch. We've heard from too many customers that they don't want to have to rely on having the tuner installed all of the time, and like you mentioned- the hard parts are pretty bulletproof.
