Injector pulse width questions

So I started the truck today and as it was idling(waiting for the coolant to get to 110) I noticed that the ipw would jump up and down I belive it was 625 to 410 on my mini maxx. The rail pressure was 4.2 to 4.4, I am assuming this is natural given the rail pressure? Or should it stay stable at idle?

Next question is under full throttle I noticed that my RP never dropped below 27.8 and the ipw went from 1445 down to 1331. I read that the ipw has to deal with the amount of time the injector is open. So the question is, is it possible to create the same power at 1445 as 1331 kpa at 28 ksi on the rail?

Forgive me as I am fairly new to the diesel world and still trying to learn as much as possible

My truck when warm, the RP is bouncing between 3.8 and 3.9 and my IPW is bouncing between 512 and 614.
I need to see what my RP is at at WOT.
What tunes are you running?

I can't answer your questions though, someone else will have to chime in on that.
