Torque converter replacement

Any recommendations on a torque converter for a truck that tows regularly but won't see over 450rwhp? Should I just replace with a stock converter? Are there any differences between a stock 13' converter and a 15'?

I wouldn't waste your money. The factory TC and trans will hold that power just fine.

I finally convinced the dealer to take a look at the transmission. I offered to pay for the their time if they didn't find anything wrong. This is what they found.







They replaced also replaced the valve body, torque converter and the trans cooler. The transmission finally shifts normally again.

Wow, and the service technicians in the Ford bay that my truck has been going to for regular service said that the OEM transmissions would handle about 500hp without any issues whatsoever...
