Crank No Start, No PCM Communication

All fuses are good. Fuel pump and injector clatter do not run key in. My IDS will not connect to this 03 6.0 w/ZF6. I have dash lights and chimes. Apparently truck just died going down the road. Plenty of voltage at batteries big wire on drivers side is connected. Any help is appreciated!
P.S. I did reset the fuel shut off in kick panel.
