Who modded it? What comp wheel? What turbine housing? How many miles? Does the kit come with an intake already?

I bought it from a guy in central pa, so I would assume barder modded it. 66mm but not sure. Nice setup. No doughnut gaskets like the hypermax kit

has low compression, supposedly ran when pulled though. thats why it bein sold as a rebuilder
