Can anyone tell me what I need to do for this code? Take it to dealer? I’m still under warranty and I’m still stock...for now.

Just seeing if it’s something simple.

Thanks

There is TSB if not a recall on it. CCV box on the drivers side valve cover likely has a plugged filter. You could check to see if the hall effect sensor is connected properly. It is located at the end of the flexible ccv hose near the intake manifold.

10/4. Thanks. Was hoping it would give me an excuse for a weight loss...

There is a recall for it. I believe its 18m01. It is a bull**** deal though, they have us put a collar in it. Done a few now that havent worked, and then I ended up putting the ccv box in them. I dunno, fords infinite penny pinching, I guess it seemed like a good idea at the time...

Is there a way to remove it completely? Truck ran fine all day and after killing it a couple times the light went off. It came on after letting it warm up for about 30 minutes while waiting on the wife to finish getting ready...

Yeah, you can pull the box and re route it, but it'll have to be tuned to keep the light off. The code doesnt affect the running of it, just more of an annoyance.
