Default Map sensor DTC

So I have the map sensor light and turbo light... I already replaced the MAP sensor then I clear it and it stays off till I turn the truck off and restart and it pops back up? Sensor is a motorcraft sensor.... any known issue here that im not doing right? Old one was cracked where it plugs in and pretty much looked baked on the under side....

yeah I cleaned that up... I mean I can pull it out again and clean it again and see if I missed something... the pig tail that ties into the wrapped bundle simple splice I new connector into it? or does it physically have a connection somewhere in that wrapped up bundle?
