Default Pro Comp 6inch rear leaf springs.

So i have a 2007 f350 lariat outlaw. With a pro comp 6 inch lift. Currently using blocks in the rear. Well the main leaf is cracked. So i bought replacements from 4wp. Was told I'd be better off removing block and installing proper rear leaf for the 6 inches of lift. So here we are. I have the new leafs....huge difference. I'll need some shorter u bolts. My only concern is the overload spring... it's still In its factory position because of the block.... But once I remove the block . It will be 5-6 inches too low for the bumpers?? How do i do this correctly?
