It may be that you just have alot of air in the high pressure oil system and need to crank more. But there are 100 possibilities. You really do need access to a scanner.

I could order a scanner, looks like we are staying here for a week at least, longer if I donít get this running. Whatís a good option for a scanner?

No but the pump primes and when I opened the fuel bowl drain, it sprayed out pretty hard when the pump was running

Thinking itís the IDM. I pulled mine out and a bunch of water spilled out of it
