May have a blown headgakset(s). Driving from Panama City beach back to New Orleans. Running 75 entire way. Stopped in foley Al for some food and I noticed my truck had puked when I got in the lot. Let it cool off and topped back off to make it home. No issues again. 3 days ago pulling a 25’ goose neck loaded with ab 13k on it truck puked again after about 10 miles under 45mph. When I got home with the load and **** it down I heard bubbling from under the hood. Opened it up and saw what looked like the coolant boiling in the degas bottle. Are these symptoms in line with blown HG? Truck has 222500 miles on it. HS tuned. ******d but not fully blocked off egr. Any info would help.

Never saw any spike in temps. All seemed normal in my opinion.

You could try a new cap, just to rule it out but it's more than likely a head gasket. Good luck, from what I see around here, 6.4's over 200k are on borrowed time for needing a short block.
