We now have a couple of .72ar race covers out there being tested. So far the results are coming back very positive. We hope to get some dyno/track numbers coming in soon.

Here is a pic of the cover on a customers turbo

Just got my 68mm in last night and so far I'm loving it. I plan on getting some dyno numbers and videos up here in the next few weeks. Charlie, thanks for everything. I know I asked allot of questions, but I am very confident that I made the right choice by going with your turbo.

Hey, I'm new to this forum. My names Adrien. I just recently bought this KC turbo stage 3 with the .72 race face. I have 205/50's and love this setup. As you can see my truck is the best of both worlds. Fast and big.

Watch "F250 6.0/ KC 68 mm turbo stage 3/ H.D.'s 205/50's" on YouTube
F250 6.0/ KC 68 mm turbo stage 3/ H.D.'s 205/50's: http://youtu.be/Co2WWcSpmBg

I'm not sure how to add or link this video. But it's my truck showing the Bad Ass sound of this turbo. Again I love it!

I'll also post my dyno results after I get back over to PHP to do my dyno. I've been playing with my fuel psi and I'm now down to the fact I need a RR. So when I get that I'll go back and get it done. :D:D:D:D:D

I'm running 175/75 warrens with upgraded solenoids and a few other mods my truck is a dually with 4.10's and 35" tires. How much weight can I tow SAFELY with the 68mm turbo? Also what other supporting mods would be needed to keep the egts low?

the 75% nozzles are going to need a lot of fuel pulled. DONT TOW ON A RACE TUNE. Even if you can keep egts under control you still have to worry about heavily advanced timing causing really high cylinder pressures.

I would get a really good tow tune. Remove any FICM tunes you have. Then try to keep the rpms above 2000-2200. Have your tuner move your shift point on OD way up so you don't shift into it too early. Have him hold the each gear a little longer than normal. Also make sure he has a pretty aggressive VGT duty cycle to make sure to stay on top of the turbo. You dont want to be at 1600rpms in OD because temps will creep up on you.

Try to keep temps under 1250 egts. You can go higher than that for small bursts (like 30seconds to 1min) but you don't wanna keep it up higher than 1250 for too long.

I have had many guys pull max weight with the stage 3 (around 20,000 lbs). Temps were a little high but still in the safe zone.

Thanks for your quick reply, I've been talking to Nate about this upgrade for a few months I'm just not sure what to do. 68 kc,a stage 3 intake, and steed speeds and nates uppipes. I'm trying to clean up the injectors and gain a little power at the same time but I want a reliable dd. I run the raped ape tune from drew at brp. I also have a tow tune from drew aswell.

Nice Job Eric!!! That's a good time and the truck runs pretty clean down the track. Take off the lift, throw on some stock sized tires, load up the full fuel race tune and you might get into to the 12s! I bet your friend was pretty disappointed when your giant truck beat his STI at the track

Thanks Charlie! Truck did much better then I expected when I went to the scale I was thinking it would run much slower. Ya he had some excuses and said to wait for his new turbo but he was a pretty good sport everyone else was harder on him when they saw the video. Again thanks for all your help you went above and beyond what anyone else would.
